Bel Air Ridge is an affluent neighborhood in the Santa Monica Mountains that was developed on 100 acres. It consists of 377 residential homes, 172 single-family homes, and 205 attached townhouses.
Residents at Bel Air Ridge enjoy low HOA fees that cover the use of the association’s recreational facilities. There are seven tennis courts and a tennis pro shop as well as a private park, Jacuzzi, and gym. The clubhouse has rooms for weights, cardio, and aerobic activities. There are also two racquetball courts.

The most delicious fare can be found at Fabrocini’s, Beverly Glen Deli, and Vibrato. Saturdays also feature fresh produce at the local Farmer’s Market.
The Roscomare School District provides public education for this area with facilities like Roscomare Road Elementary School, Emerson Community Charter School, and University Senior High School.
